We, at the Rudrabhishek Trust for Sports and Education (RTSE) believe: Progression of our society is accentuated by the enrichment of our youngsters. Our quest to partner such progress takes us deep inside our society where, numerous kids and teenagers are waiting to be explored. Hand-holding such teenagers and leading them towards a future full of possibilities, adds more value to our own dreams and makes our purpose unique and one-of-a- kind.
RTSE, a leading institution of promoting sports and education was incorporated as a ‘Not for Profit’ organization in 2015. RTSE aims at promoting sports activities and brings out the real potential in competitive players. Another focus area of the institution is education where several initiatives are directed towards the potentially talented youngsters of the society. The institution wishes to combine the power of sports and education to usher in a 360 degree development of society. Venue partner for RTSE is Paarth Republic, Lucknow.
RTSE is one of the CSR initiatives of REPL and is parent body which runs PaarthCenter for Excellence in Cricket (PCEC). It has two Cricket Teams (REPL Crusaders and Paarth Cricket Academy) registered with Cricket Association of Lucknow which is affiliated under Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association.

Vision

To work towards achieving all-round development by promoting sports and education among the potentially talented youngsters of the society. RTSE envisions to create a set-up consisting of latest technology, sporting knowledge & fitness infrastructure in order to groom best deserving sport person.

Mission

To find disadvantaged youngsters with potential and invest their formative years with meaningful activities, training, guidance, competitions and more engagements. RTSE strives to create sports & training centres through Hub & Spokes model at Pan India Level.

Welcome to our world! Where, humble efforts meet hard work and dreams meet dedication. Yes, we, at the RTSE are committed to enrich the society, in our own unique way. Our endeavour to create an all-inclusive platform connects us to thousands of dreams that sparkle thousands of young and tender eyes. We believe they have a dream and the potential to realize it. They have the will but their way is elusive. They are potentially talented youngsters and their present is not promising enough for their future. All they need to break-free is thoughtful handholding and the right platform, to help overcome challenges and rise above the ordinary.
This is where RTSE steps in to lead such youngsters towards a horizon of hope and success. I understand the immense responsibility of our members and associates, and congratulate each one of them for being a part of it. Keeping in mind the expansive natures of this platform and the noble intent that sustains it, I extend my best wishes to all associated with the organization and its activities.
