The Rajajipuram Mini Indoor Stadium, currently called NMBPL Stadium (Powered By REPL Sports), spans 19,000 square meters. It is being transformed into a multi-purpose sports and community wellness hub.
NMBPL is responsible for upgrading and maintaining the stadium. New Modern Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. (NMBPL) and its subsidiary RTSE/REPL Sports will manage the operations and execution of all sports-related activities. The stadium will offer a complete sports cycle, nurturing and training children from the grassroots level. It will run academies to develop professional athletes and provide corporate wellness programs and recreational activities for senior citizens.
Objectives is to develop, upgrade, and operate the stadium as a multifunctional hub for sports, health, education, and community culture.
To provide low-cost access for all visitors and promote gender equality by offering diverse sports facilities and academies for athletes of all ages. This will support community health, fitness, preventive care, and wellness programs.
Revenue will come from memberships, academy fees, pay-to-play options, events, sponsorships, indoor and lawn rentals, and retail leasing.
