Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for both acquiring new school partnerships and ensuring seamless operational delivery of sports programs. You will work closely with school administrators, Coach’s, and our internal teams to implement and grow our sports offerings, with a focus on after-school and extracurricular sports programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new schools to partner with for sports programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools (principals, sports coordinators, PTA representatives, etc.).
- Present and promote REPL Sports’ programs and services, highlighting the value of physical education and after-school sports for student development.
- Instrumental in bring the school business on board for the implementation of sports programs.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing models based on the needs of each school.
- Track sales goals and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Operations & Program Delivery
- Oversee the execution of sports programs in schools, ensuring smooth operation both during school hours and in after-school settings.
- Coordinate with school staff, coaches, and internal teams to ensure all logistical and operational requirements are met.
- Manage the scheduling and delivery of sports sessions, ensuring high-quality programming and safety standards.
- Monitor program effectiveness and gather feedback from school partners, students, and parents to improve offerings.
- Handle any operational challenges or issues that arise during program implementation.
Collaboration & strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote sports programs in schools and the local community.
- Partner with the operations team to ensure that all materials, equipment, and resources needed for sports programs are available and ready for deployment.
- Stay updated on trends in sports education and after-school activities to identify opportunities for new program development.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations within the sports, education, or youth development sectors.
- Strong understanding of the sports industry and education systems.
- Proven track record of successfully building partnerships and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle operational logistics.
- Passion for sports and youth development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Mgmt, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
